Australasian Defendo CQC is not a traditional Martial Art based system. Our approach is purely a Self Defence / fitness approach to training. Defendo is not about teaching Katas or a foreign language we teach raw and battle proven self defence skills. Our training encompasses all areas of self defence from STREET, STANDING, GROUND, & WEAPONS Defence. Instructors are accredited under Martial Arts Industry Association and insured.
